We will pay the freight back on any damaged products / orders or mistakes on our part. We ask that the customer contact us directly and we will work with them. We will replace the items at no charge or give a full refund.

 

We will pay the freight back on any customer made mistake orders. We charge a 25% restocking fee and will give the customer a refund, less the 25% restocking fee when we receive the items back into our warehouse.
